12 team h2h. no inning max. Minor was dropped and is on waivers. Who do I drop from this list to get him? Is Minor > Wandy?

I would drop Wandy for Minor. If Minor stinks, you can probably, at the very least, get a pitcher similar to Wandy off free agents throughout the course of the season.
