I'm in a league with 7 bench spots and no innings cap. 6x6 roto w/ L and OPS as the extra cats. I have 6 starters, but could probably use one more to keep pace in W and K with the rest of the league.

SP: Hamels, Haren, Shields, Latos, J Zimmermann, and Masterson.
RP: Marmol, Madson, FrankFrank, and Walden.

Players that I'd be willing to part with in a trade for a pitcher are: Lind, Cozart, Moose, Hill, Cepedes, Morrison, Beltran.

Would Liriano be a decent target to get with one of these players? He seems to be making steps in the right direction. Sometimes it takes guys a couple of years to get their mojo back after TJ.

If you don't like Liriano, what are a few names that I should target as a 7th starter?

I wouldn't trade for Liriano...

If you want me to look at your team, post the team. Don't post a link to another site where the team is.
Have you given me all the info I need to judge your team? The number of teams in the league is a good start for the big overall questions.
Is your league H2H? Roto?
I don't know who's on your waivers. Don't just ask me who you should pick up. Give me names to choose from.
If you only have one team, post your team in your signature with the league parameters.
I don't know every single matchup for next week, so if you want me to choose a player for the following week and you think the matchups are important, tell me who they're facing.

Not sure what pitchers are available for you to target. But instead of gambling on a seventh starter, pick up an elite middle reliever and/or start a Hodgepadre at home.
