Been offered P.Sandoval for B.Morrow. Seems like a no brainer, as I am weak at 3rd and batters overall. Any opinions?

I'd do that, for sure. Seems like at first glance that there are way more pitcher categories than hitter categories, which would make pitchers more valuable than normal, but there are 6 negative categories for SP's and 3 positive ones. I'd do it and not look back.

Thanks for the input. ESPN Projected points are very close for the 2012 season, 413 to 400 Sandoval. 2011 points 353 to 321 Morrow.

Yeah, pitchers usually do better in points leagues, but like Grey always says, it's a lot easier to find a breakout pitcher candidate than it is a breakout hitter candidate. Chances are you're not going to find a 3B capable of 300 points from the waivers, but there might be several pitchers you can add throughout the season that do so.
