I picked 12th in a 16 team league (ugh). Anyway, here's my team so far. The league is hard-core roto, with 2 C, 5 OF, MI, CI, 9 pitchers, and no bench. Here's the team so far after 7 picks...

I'm not happy to be rocking Lind at 1st, but there was never a reasonable spot to grab anyone else without giving up value somewhere else. Obviously I need more OFs, but I should be able to grab something there in the next 3 or 4 picks. My real question though is about pitching. This is a bigger league then I normally play in, and I've been having some trouble prioritizing where to grab a second pitcher. We're just coming out of Grey's Gio tier, with him and Hanson left, after which we move down to guys like Romero and Marcum (just to give you an idea where we're at for arms).
Anyway, how do you guys like the draft in general, and what, if anything, are your thoughts on pitching in a 16 teamer?
In a 16 team league, take another pitcher next... Gio or Marcum... Other guys are not in the same tiers. Your team is could be an average nightmare and focus on OFs and SPs. You should've probably took another OF instead of Kendrick but it's water on the bridge at this point... (Even if Kendrick has OF eligibility in your league.)
