i consider myself to be a pretty good fantasy baseball guy. Basketball...not so much. Just drafted my first team for this year and would love a little feedback on strengths/weaknesses/potential add/drops...

UTIL - Derrick Favors

Omar casspi, shawn Marion, ryan anderson, john salmons, oj mayo, hansbrough, ed davis, are just a handful of names on the wire. Should I drop anybody for these guys? What stats am I hurtin from and what am I strong in? I literally have no idea...thanks for the help in advance.

Despite your newness, it really isn't a bad team at all. I think your biggest problem is going to be rebounds, but I've always found that the most easily replaceable stat of the big nine. I might consider dropping Favors or Butler for Ed Davis (or someone else in the pool that grabs a fair amount of boards), but I don't think it's a necessity that you do it immediately. Maybe see how this roster shakes out for a week or two and then look to replace rebounds if it becomes an issue.

This team currently sits in last place in a 10 team league. I just got Bynum back and he is doing well today, but I have a few lineup questions....

1 - somebody just dropped Lamar Odom. Is he worth dropping somebody for? I've already dumped Favors for chuck hayes. Is Odom worth going after?

2 - jason Richardson has also been dumped....my team is currently last in 3's. He hasn't done well yet, but seems like he could be a guy that helps w/ 3pt and FT% - worth a move?
