Here is a look at pitchers that were used for at least 100 innings on league championship teams.

First place teams had an average of 4.2 100-inning pitchers. Several teams had 6, while Retro Vertigo (ECFBL) had only 1 pitcher with at least 100 innings, despite having one of the highest IP totals (1586).

Justin Verlander led the way with 8 titles, while Roy Halladay helped only 1 team to a championship. Felix Hernandez did not pitch 100 innings for any title winner, though Team K RoC (RCL 22) finished first after trading Felix and Jason Bay for Matt Garza and Curtis Granderson in May.

If you want me to look at your team, post the team. Don't post a link to another site where the team is.
Have you given me all the info I need to judge your team? The number of teams in the league is a good start for the big overall questions.
Is your league H2H? Roto?
I don't know who's on your waivers. Don't just ask me who you should pick up. Give me names to choose from.
If you only have one team, post your team in your signature with the league parameters.
I don't know every single matchup for next week, so if you want me to choose a player for the following week and you think the matchups are important, tell me who they're facing.

I'm relatively new to baseball. How do I use this information to my benefit for next year?

Ha! Good question. For me, stuff like this just shows that it is possible to win in a wide variety of ways. Maybe you have an ace or 2 that you start every time out, or a bunch of average starters where you pick your spots for starts. Maybe you do a lot of streaming, or just the odd time when you really like a matchup. Different strategies can be successful.

Hope you're enjoying the fantasy baseball experience!
