You should take it. It's pretty fair on the surface. Additionally, your WR are not going to get it done. Welker is a PPR beast and your team with Stafford, Welker and either Cruz or Thomas (other on the bench and for byes) is better than having Rodgers and both Thomas and Cruz starting.
