I vote $20.

Haven't done a pay league with people I don't know personally, so I'm curious to hear whether the Admin keeps all our checks in some kind of faux-escrow account or something throughout the duration of the season, or whether there's another method.

Also: please try and schedule the draft around March 19-22, if possible.

Finally: my forum-reading is going to be pretty few and far between the next couple of weeks (taking the PA bar exam), so Corey please email important announcements like you've been doing, if you don't mind.

I vote free. In my money league on ESPN, I had to kick out two owners this winter just because they didn't stay active, even with the $ incentive. One set his lineup in April and that was that. He had Reyes on the bench all season. Never responded to e-mails, PMs, etc. The other guy wallowed in last or next to last all year. Money is not the answer, it's personality. Or heart. Or whatever you want to call it.

I vote for free. League fees can be a hassle, even when you know everyone.

I am available most weeknights. I wouldn't mind throwing $20 toward the league as incentive to keep everyone active.

For the draft date, I am available every weeknight for the foreseeable future. I will let you know if that changes.

I vote $20. I don't think it will make owners more "active" but it certainly makes it that much sweeter when I win :D

Also, any time for the draft works for me. I'll make it no matter what.

I vote FREE.

Draft time: Week nights will be difficult for me to make. I'm in the UK, and anytime after 6pm ET is after midnight over here, which when you get up at 6am every morning makes it a little bit late...

I would prefer free. Already in a few money ones.

As for the draft, most nights are good for me including Sat and Sun. Just give a weeks notice.

Well, okay, you're not privy to all the new shit, so uh, you know, but that's what you pay me for. Speaking of which, would it be possible for me to get my twenty bucks in cash? I gotta check this with my accountant of course, but my concern is that, you know, it could bump me into a higher tax--Well, okay since five people seem pretty convicted with the thought of this being free, I'm fine with that. I think we should just run with this as is and hope everyone enjoys the competition.

The 19th-22nd of March is not an option for me to draft (could not have selected a worse time), so I hope we can make another convenient time work for our soon-to-be lawyer dude. I'm a wrestling coach, and for those not familiar, I'm busy every weekend with tournaments...although Sundays could work.
