I think you could have issues on the pitching side. Harden is an injury risk. Zambrano threw the fewest innings of a full season in his career last year. Although his walks were down, his strikeouts were WAY down. I'm concerned that we might have already seen the best from Z. Also, I'm not buying Floyd or Saunders as they were the beneficiaries of .261 and .269 BABIPs respectively, pointing to extremely "lucky" '08s.

Good points, I may have waited too long to take pitchers. But with only 18 spots, there's good value left in the final rounds. Plus, we've all picked up pitchers as free agents and kept them all year at the expense of some draft picks. As I recall, Ervin Santana, Cliff Lee, Slowey, etc. were all undrafted in our 10 team.

That's where Grey comes in, for the expert analysis. Don't tell your league mates, but tell everyone else.

Thanks for the input.

Not a problem. As far as I'm concerned, we're all brothers in arms here and our job is to help each other win our respective leagues.

Here's the results of the mock draft based on Marcel (plus guesstimated saves as Marcel's save #s suck)

http://razzball.com/wp-content/uploads/ ... an2009.xls

I would TOTALLY take this with a grain of salt since the totals are so close and it's likely the differences are driven by late draft selections who you'd probably drop anyway by the first month.

Enjoy.
