Parra or Jobacum?

Who to start, who to bench. Grab that WW guy? Low priced rookie or high priced stud?

What say you?

If you want me to look at your team, post the team. Don't post a link to another site where the team is.
Have you given me all the info I need to judge your team? The number of teams in the league is a good start for the big overall questions.
Is your league H2H? Roto?
I don't know who's on your waivers. Don't just ask me who you should pick up. Give me names to choose from.
If you only have one team, post your team in your signature with the league parameters.
I don't know every single matchup for next week, so if you want me to choose a player for the following week and you think the matchups are important, tell me who they're facing.

I'm taking Parra. He's at least got a spot in the rotation.

Keeper league? I'd take Scherzer, but it depends on the format. I own them both in my NL Only league. A back injury to the Unit and he's back in the rotation.
14 team h2h keeper (keep 5), $101 FAAB budget. C,1B,2B,SS,3B,MI,CI,U,5SP,2RP... It's standard 5x5, but we use quality starts instead of wins. I currently have $1 left in FAAB money.

This might depend on how long Brandon Lyon and Randy Johnson are signed for. If both are gone after this year, then Scherzer is the better keeper because he'll get a shot either way...

I drafted Parra and have stuck with him all year, but I have a bad feeling he might turn out to be Rich Hill (my keeper, ugh) in the long term; he just seems a bit shaky. Poor Rich Hill(cup)...

I think I would go Parra. Although Parra might still fly under the radar next year.
