I did another mock draft over my lunch hour today over at MockDraftCentral.com. I like this team better than my last one, but I have some obvious holes at SS and SP and steals. I picked Cantu in round 13, which is about average value, when I could have picked up Myers or Span. Also, I think that the Nady pick was a tad early... could have picked a good SP like Nolasco, Cain or Dempster, and I'm sort of blah on the Soriano pick, cuz I was late to the pick and panicked (though i could have done worse here).

I'm pretty much screwed at SS. I should have picked Tulo instead of Atkins.

Other than that, I followed the advice of Grey, Razzball's VP of Bartending Operations, and held off on picking pitching early. The result is lots of offense and about average starters ... I also picked three low end closers.

This team would kick your other mock draft team's ass. Your pitching has enough potential for middle of the pack then with some decent waiver pickups for SPs and you'll be just fine. Also, I agree about Atkins -- If this were your team, I'd suggest you trade Atkins away for a better SS, even if that SS were a draft round downgrade.
