Name for weak fantasy GM who gets off to a lucky start and finds himself in first place early in the season (usually b/c he drafted some out of nowhere, ridiculously hot starters like berkman, bloomquist, james shields, etc).
His ill-advised overconfidence leads him to talk excessive smack and prance around like a buffoon and rub it in his opponents' faces. However, his smug arrogance/overconfidence is eventually going to get his fantasy team killed.
I'm specifically thinking about really dumb GMs who are too blinded by early success to realize that they simply got lucky for 3-4 weeks. Instead they think they're a genius and can do no wrong. Once these intial guys cool off, their team is back in the basement.
Alternate use: A once-great fantasy SP who tries to make a comeback in his late 30s/early 40s. His comeback gets everyone excited and generates a lot of hype, but when he actually takes the mound he gets absolutely killed (along with your ERA/WHIP).
Got a good suggestion to add to our Glossary (http://razzball.com/fantasy-baseball-terms/)? Here's where to submit it...

I enjoy your definitions, but I don't think this term works.
If you want me to look at your team, post the team. Don't post a link to another site where the team is.
Have you given me all the info I need to judge your team? The number of teams in the league is a good start for the big overall questions.
Is your league H2H? Roto?
I don't know who's on your waivers. Don't just ask me who you should pick up. Give me names to choose from.
If you only have one team, post your team in your signature with the league parameters.
I don't know every single matchup for next week, so if you want me to choose a player for the following week and you think the matchups are important, tell me who they're facing.
There's more than one player with the same last name? Then spell out who you're talking about.
