The Orlando Magic's recent run of poor play apparently has convinced team officials that the roster needs to be overhauled.

The Magic and the Washington Wizards have finalized a trade that will bring guard Gilbert Arenas to Orlando in exchange for forward Rashard Lewis, an NBA source confirmed to the Orlando Sentinel.

Meanwhile ,the Magic also have agreed to a trade with the Phoenix Suns that would bring former Magic forward Hedo Turkoglu, guard Jason Richardson and forward Earl Clark to Orlando in exchange for guard Vince Carter, center Marcin Gortat, small forward Mickael Pietrus a first-round pick and, possibly, cash considerations.
