What's the next course of action to save this sinking ship? Should I be looking at some trades? Any immediate add/drops? any advice is welcome

Sorry for the late response W.L.,

First thing's first: don't panic. Your PGs are hurting right now and Billups won't likely return to his 2005 form, but both Mo and Collison will almost certainly improve.

Other than that, Lee got hurt, you drafted Bynum knowing he'd be out until December, Blatche started slow and Toney Douglas decided to play hurt and not tell anyone.

All this means that your team is at about as low as it's going to go. I'd suggest dropping Taj Gibson and grabbing Humphries. That won't be a permanent solution, but it buys you time. I'd also consider dropping Douglas for Johnson, Delfino and Brown (in that order and/or depending on your specific needs).

That, plus a couple weeks for Collison and Williams to improve and Bynum to debut, you should start to see your numbers improving.

Also, start shopping Billups around. see what you can get. Get a feel for other players in your league overvaluing him.
