I am in an 18 team leagues with 11 players (PG, SG, SF, PF, C, 3 Util, 3 Bench). The scoring is standard with just one modification, we don’t have turnovers but we have offensive rebounds instead. We play in a roto league.

I have been proposed to trade Biedrins and get Al Harrington instead. What do you think about it?

Stand pat. Harrington would help your threes situation, but he won't approach Biedrins' rebounding numbers. And since your league puts some additional value on rebounds, Biedrins is a better piece.
