Rios v Seattle (Felix), or Hawpe v Giants (Lincecum)

I don't spot start a player like Rios. You have to let them be in your lineup consistently so you can fully take advantage of the numbers.
With that said ... I'd start Rios. Felix should get lit up tomorrow night. He has pitched back to back (6 and 7 IP) of shutout ball and i don't think he'll do well this game. But hey... thats just me.
Also ... I think Lincecum will also pitch a pretty bad game .. 5.2 IP, 4ER, 3 BB ... but I just don't think Hawpe will benefit. I think Holliday will rip him up.
