In my league we have these set categories, blocks, steals rebounds, assist and points. In your opinion who would be the best player. I was thinking Dwight Howard but I might be mistaken. Thank for your opinion, it is head to head style on yahoo by the way.

Dwight would certainly be up there. LeBron would be the only one to challenge him going by just those five categories. It depends on how you value the stats.

Howard will rebound twice as much and block three times as much as LeBron.
LeBron will steal and score 1 1/2 times as much as Dwight in addition to doling out nearly three times the assists he will.

Everything is valued at one point. But we are scoring per category. If I win blocks, rebounds, and steals I would get 3/5 points and the opponent would get the other two.

I think I will go with Howard.

Last year LeBron edged out Howard in both per game and cumulative value with those as the scoring categories, but I think he's unlikely to do so this year. Howard is the guy to go with IMO.
