He wants my Arod, Henne, Ray Rice for his A.P, Eli, Cutler. I don't think this will make me better as I thinky my team is pretty stacked esp. for a 12 man league. What do you guys think?

Nah, you want to keep Rodgers unless your team gets a LOT better in the trade. AP over Rice isn't a big enough difference.
