I just hope to run into Manny at a fast food joint. This would be the best star sighting ever and I've seen Gary Coleman limping into the ER.

If you want me to look at your team, post the team. Don't post a link to another site where the team is.
Have you given me all the info I need to judge your team? The number of teams in the league is a good start for the big overall questions.
Is your league H2H? Roto?
I don't know who's on your waivers. Don't just ask me who you should pick up. Give me names to choose from.
If you only have one team, post your team in your signature with the league parameters.
I don't know every single matchup for next week, so if you want me to choose a player for the following week and you think the matchups are important, tell me who they're facing.

Any point in asking about the circumstances of that Coleman sighting?

Manny to LA

Bay to BOS

"Pittsburgh gets pitcher Craig Hansen and outfielder Brandon Moss, both from Boston, as well as third baseman Andy LaRoche and right-handed pitcher Bryan Morris from the Dodgers." (si.com)

So the Dodgers didn't get rid of either Ethier or Kemp? I would have liked the Dodgers to keep LaRoche and give him more time as a starter, but this looks okay for the Dodgers, at least if they don't raise ticket prices again to pay Manny's salary. Perhaps the Dodgers have to retain an average player age over 35...

I doubt a single team in the league, including the Marlins, use a single dime of ticket sales revenue on players' salary. TV money, buddy. Without TV, no player makes the millions he makes. And that goes for any league in the world, any sport.

If he stops by Krispie Kreme, he'll run into Andruw, but where would he find Pierre? (open for jokes, people...)

I'd love to embellish it, but does it really need it? I was walking out of the ER and Gary Coleman was limping badly into it. I yelled, "Whatcha talkin' bout, Willis?" And he said, "Aw, man, I can't. My leg really hurts." That was it.

Pierre seems like the type to get a mani-pedi. http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.p ... =mani-pedi

That's plenty. You weren't afraid to make the Willis call, either. Good stuff.

I'm about to post an avatar, too - you'll appreciate it, Grey.

Us married folk know what a mani-pedi is...

Now, what could we make, following that abbreviation, Manny-?? (taking the place of 'pedi') ?

Hmm... That might work for the post title for Manny's trade post.
