Since I just acquired Dunn and lost Carlos Lee in separate deals my AVG will go down...I've been using Mauer all year basically to help me win AVG sometimes but I've been losing it alot anyways before I got Dunn...my team is batting .285 overall which is good for 5th in the league but has only gotten me a 7-10 w/l record in the avg category...should I trade Mauer and Guthrie for Soto...lineup is below

If you want me to look at your team, post the team. Don't post a link to another site where the team is.
Have you given me all the info I need to judge your team? The number of teams in the league is a good start for the big overall questions.
Is your league H2H? Roto?
I don't know who's on your waivers. Don't just ask me who you should pick up. Give me names to choose from.
If you only have one team, post your team in your signature with the league parameters.
I don't know every single matchup for next week, so if you want me to choose a player for the following week and you think the matchups are important, tell me who they're facing.

I'm just a little concerned about the difference in runs between Mauer and Soto

Maybe 20 runs for the rest of the season? If you're concerned, don't do it. I obviously can't see your standings. But your offense (runs-wise) seems plenty strong enough.

I am 2nd in runs with 544...the team in 1st in both runs and the head to head standings has 555 and that's the guy I was going to trade with

Oh, then that's fine. He's already ahead of you. Not like you can lose anymore points to him.

Right, dur. You said that. I still think you'll be fine with the guys you have, but you seem like you're having cold feet. Don't do the trade if you're not feeling it.

Side note: Where's Rudy been? I haven't heard a lot from him lately.
