AL -- Cliff Lee (!), Mussina (!) and Halladay. NL's up in the air, but Webb's in the lead then Dempster, Lincecum and Aaron Cook (!).

I know it's unusual for closers to win it, but I think Rodriguez and Lidge both have to be in contention this year.

I realize K-Rod has had an unreal amount of saves this season, but Joakim Soria, Mariano Rivera, Jon Papelbon, and Taipei Slinklo have all been better relievers this year. If the season ended today, the AL Cy Young winner is Cliff Lee and it is really not close.

I agree it's Cliff Lee if the season ends today. Though I have more faith in Halladay going forward.

Zambrano... 5-6 more appearances like last night's and he's in the running.
