John Mozeliak, Cardinals GM speaking with Dan and Al in the 4th inning of tonights game.

Discussing possible moves and players returns. "Getting Wainwright back, possibly pursuing him in a closers role."

That's the first time I've actually heard it with my own ears, make of it what you will but I wouldn't trust Izzy anymore. He's keeping the seat warm.

My team would like this. I grabbed Wainwright off of waivers & placed him in my DL spot. Converting him to closer would help my team immensely.

Either way he'll help your team. Mozeliak said the timetable for his return is 10 days. Wainwright reported no pain in the finger from his latest throwing session and keep in mind the arm's still in pitching shape. He won't have to do a rehab stint.

My fearless prediction, Izzy blows his first save chance by allowing a leadoff grand slam in the bottom of the ninth to Omar Infante tomorrow night.

A leadoff grand slam you say? How is that possible?

With Izzy, all things impossible become possible.

Ha!

Yeah, I still think Wainwright makes the most sense.

If you want me to look at your team, post the team. Don't post a link to another site where the team is.
Have you given me all the info I need to judge your team? The number of teams in the league is a good start for the big overall questions.
Is your league H2H? Roto?
I don't know who's on your waivers. Don't just ask me who you should pick up. Give me names to choose from.
If you only have one team, post your team in your signature with the league parameters.
I don't know every single matchup for next week, so if you want me to choose a player for the following week and you think the matchups are important, tell me who they're facing.
