You could use Almond Joy for both - 'cause sometimes you feel like a nut, and sometimes you dont.

Alternatively, you could use Almond Joy and Almond Goy respectively for moves to the NL and AL. The Yiddish might be a bit much though.

I don't think it works, but it is funny.

If you want me to look at your team, post the team. Don't post a link to another site where the team is.
Have you given me all the info I need to judge your team? The number of teams in the league is a good start for the big overall questions.
Is your league H2H? Roto?
I don't know who's on your waivers. Don't just ask me who you should pick up. Give me names to choose from.
If you only have one team, post your team in your signature with the league parameters.
I don't know every single matchup for next week, so if you want me to choose a player for the following week and you think the matchups are important, tell me who they're facing.

I was chewing on it for like a day a funny was the best I could manage. :D

I was trying work something around bullish-bearish with a veneer of baseball, but I didn't really get past going with something like Yogi (or maybe Pooh) for an AL move. I couldn't come up with a decent baseball or cartoon reference to a bull. So not even funny, never mind useful.

How about China Shopped for a guy traded to the NL? And then .... something bearish for the other half. Hibernation? Eating garbage? Tearing peoples faces off? Humping unsuspecting ATVs? Bears do all those things, but none of it sounds like the AL to me.

Ok, I'm going to let this mellow - I just went from bear to bare to assless chaps, so it's time for me to be done.

ALkabonged...NL pitchers coming to the AL and getting el kabonged like in the Quick Draw McGraw cartoon when Quick Draw would dress up like El Kabong and swoop in and hit his victims with a guitar.

Been racking my brains since you set the challenge. I'm rubbish at these but how about something along the lines of:

National Treasure - as in "Blanton continues to prove he's a National Treasure by throwing 7 scoreless.." or "Blanton pitched a national treasure whiffing 8 Pirates over 6 innings...".

In terms of the other way round (NL pitchers going to the AL) I was toying with something along the lines of "American Zero" but couldn't get anything that works.

Great site by the way - I'm a British fantasy fan that has been reading for a couple of years and find it both informative and amusing!

Thanks for the kind words! Someone mentioned National Treasure and American Idiot. They're okay. Didn't really wow me.
