Cueto is my weakest starter, but I also have a dreadful infield blahtoon of Gordon, Votto, Kouzmanoff, Theriot, Yunel, Alexei, and CoJack--somebody can probably get cut. Do I bite?

I thought Yunel and Co Jacks are pretty solid.

You're being offered Verlander for Cueto?

Ahh.. I see. In that case, I'd say definitely pick up Verlander. Sounds like it's a relatively small league - in that case I'd probably drop Alexei, then Kouz. Maybe folks around here disagree, I just don't they have as much value/high a ceiling in a small league.

Have to drop someone for Verlander. Alexei sounds about right.

If you want me to look at your team, post the team. Don't post a link to another site where the team is.
Have you given me all the info I need to judge your team? The number of teams in the league is a good start for the big overall questions.
Is your league H2H? Roto?
I don't know who's on your waivers. Don't just ask me who you should pick up. Give me names to choose from.
If you only have one team, post your team in your signature with the league parameters.
I don't know every single matchup for next week, so if you want me to choose a player for the following week and you think the matchups are important, tell me who they're facing.

I think I'd dump Ramirez also. But getting Verlander is a must he's got to right this ship at some point.

Verlander and Figgins were dropped by different managers in the same 12-team league. Maybe people will be distracted and I'll get one or the other. Ramirez it is

Verlander is on my waiver wire, I dropped him several weeks ago. He has been picked up and dropped again. He has Vazquez and the W-sox tomorrow. Would anyone recommend dropping Owings who was dreadful tonight for Verlander's start tomorrow?

What, after Owings' 4.1 revolting innings you're worried about hurting your ERA/WHIP?

I would rather own Verlander than Owings for the rest of the year, not just tomorrow. I'm exercising patience with the entire Tigers roster.
