Seriously though, there is a site called
Mint.com for financial management. It's free and can link up to your accounts (assuming you allow it and use a major bank) and credit cards and then will track your expenditures, deposits, etc. It will present reports for you on your spending habits and also automatically generate adjustable budgets based on past spending tendencies. It will also highlight things like fees, atm charges and other annoyances and point you to banks/lenders/cc companies/etc. who offer better deals (lower interest, no charges, etc.). And you can probably make a budget category for whores and booze. I prefer the Canseco categories of hookers and blow.
