Hey all, I'm in a 14 team H2H keeper league (9 players) with scoring based on total points. The league has been going for 4 years now and I've amassed a pretty solid roster (3 trips to the finals and 2 titles in the first 3 seasons). My questions mostly pertain to the bottom part of the roster, specifically the starting pitchers and relievers. Here is the roster:

C - Wieters
1B - Loney
2B - Utley
SS- Jeter,E. Aybar
3B - A-rod
OF - BJ Upton, Braun, Ethier, McCutchen
U - Sandoval
SP - Lincecum, Carpenter, Nolasco, Hamels, C. Young, Bumgarner, Bud Norris
RP- Bailey, Wagner, R. Soriano, Feliz
SP/RP - Liriano, Morrow

Our rosters are: C, 1B, 2B, 3B, SS, OF, OF, OF, U, U, SP, SP, SP, SP, RP, RP, RP, P, P, BN, BN, BN, BN, BN

Guys that are currently available include Brett Myers, Maholm, Maine, Pelfrey, Penny, Lannan, D. Davis, Gio Gonzalez, Rowland-Smith, Holland, Niese, Kawakami, Aceves, JP Howell, Ziegler

I know I should probably pick up Ziegler and/or Howell as insurance but are any of these guys more valuable than any currently on the roster??

** Scoring is pretty much standard for hitters (2 points ofr steals is the only exception) Pitchers get 1 per K, 1 per IP, 5 for a W, 3 for a SV, 1 for a HLD, 1 for GIDP, -2 for ER, -1 for BB, -2 for L, BLSV

Out of those, Brett Myers and Gio Gonzalez interest me on K potential alone (I am a fiend for the K's). Who would you take between them and Bud?? Should I drop Bumgarner?? Will Liriano turn it around?? Any comments are appreciated. Sorry for the long winded meassage!!

Howell's been injured and may not be ready for the season. Ziegler -- I don't know how you get him on your team. I don't think you have room for those SPs right now either. If Bumgarner is sent to the minors, which he might be, then you can add someone.

If you want me to look at your team, post the team. Don't post a link to another site where the team is.
Have you given me all the info I need to judge your team? The number of teams in the league is a good start for the big overall questions.
Is your league H2H? Roto?
I don't know who's on your waivers. Don't just ask me who you should pick up. Give me names to choose from.
If you only have one team, post your team in your signature with the league parameters.
I don't know every single matchup for next week, so if you want me to choose a player for the following week and you think the matchups are important, tell me who they're facing.

Thanks Grey! Great site by the way. What are your thoughts on Norris, Chris Young, Bumgarner, Liriano, etc?? I prescribe to drafting a lot of upside and a lot of risk/reward type of guys and don't even mind stashing guys on the bench for awhile if need be. I'm hoping to get some nice numbers out of these guys as opposed to getting 200 IP and 90 K's, 4.20 ERA from someone like Lannan, Duke, etc.

Maybe one or two of them pan out. Young looks like toast, but he's in Petco. Norris could be great, but he's on the Astros. Bumgarner hasn't looked good so far and Liriano is indeed ??
