I would have taken Hightower/Harvin for Slaton, yet I'd pause at Rice/Harvin for Slaton.

First off though, is Sims-Walker, Coffee or Choice on the waiver wire? Harvin deserves his place as a top 30 WR. Rice, dispute the McGahee problem, still has upside. Slaton is the real mystery this year. He looked fantastic last year, yet looks mortal this year.

Slaton is definitely a solid buy low candidate. Seeing how this is such a TE deep year, see if you can move Gates/WR not named Johnson or Harvin for Slaton.
