Getting my handcuff

Postby JimmySkip » Fri Aug 21, 2009 3:58 pm

So I drafted Tomlinson in the second round, and then missed on Sproles - guy stole him right in front of me. I offered Wells and he countered with Boldin/Wells for Crayton/Wells. How do you deal with people like this.

He thinks he has you by the balls, which I guess he does, but you can't give in. Either keep negotiating with him or wait until he loses someone and then low ball him.
Johnny Ringo: All right, 'lunger'. Let's do it.
Doc Holliday: Say when.

Doc Holliday: I'm your huckleberry...

yeah, I meant to say Boldin/Wells for Crayton/Sproles but you got the picture, and I won't be giving in. Yeah, i'll just have to wait him out I guess and hope Tomlinson holds up.

If LT2 goes down their will be a RBBC in San Diego. The club really likes rookie Gatrell Johnson, and I suspect Johnson would be just as productive fantasy wise as Sproles if LT2 was out.

San Diego's RB depth prevents clear cut handcuff situations as seen in Washington, NY Giants and Minnesota.
