Grant, Smith, Brown in that order. People need to take it easy getting too excited about Ronnie Brown this year. He's one guy whose ADP is way too high. Part of his production last year was derived from the Wildcat and it's clear that Pat White is going to steal many of those reps from him because of his ability to throw the ball. Personally I've got Brown on my list of "guys I won't touch b/c their ADP is way too high given the real chance he might be a huge bust."

how does Marion Barber compare to those 3? I'm worried about Jones and Choice stealing touches. Or does the shared carries not hurt Barber because it keeps him fresh.

In PPR I'd downgrade Barber slightly b/c he's mostly a pure runner. The tough thing w/ him is he's just such a physical player that I worry about injuries. Also you've got some pretty stout D lines in Philadelphia, New York, and possibly Washington (w/ the addition of Haynesworth). But the big plus with Barber is that he is clearly the feature back and the short yardage guy also which means touchdowns. Based on that I'm assuming he will split 3rd down reps with Felix Jones with Barber getting the 3rd and short snaps and Jones getting the longer yardage situations (because I assume they'll use him more in the passing game).
I'm guessing Dallas will run Barber without paranoia about him getting hurt or wearing him down for the future because Jones and Choice both played so well last year and they'll go that route eventually anyway.
What's nice about PPR is that it makes the pool of desireable RB's a lot deeper than it would be otherwise. In that format I usually look to load up on top WR's (b/c of the PPR). So what I would do is not a draft a RB where you'd need to for a guy like Barber and go for a WR. I really like Marques Colston he is very undervalued and capable of putting up huge #'s. He was hurt for a lot of last year but when he came back he dominated.
