Carlos Quentin!!

What should i look for if I want to trade Quentin one for one for a starter.

Why do you need another starter with the staff you have?

Eh good point, I guess i feel that they are underperforming and quentin is overperforming. I also usually like to have only one bench player. Any other opinions?

I know your frustration. I have many of the same pitchers Harang, Verlander, Lackey, Putz, K-Rod (no complaints here). But those other 4 guys have had a tough start to the season. At this point, I am going to stick with them (except Putz), I already dealt him for Hoffman.

Verlander is showing signs of turning it around. Nice game yesterday (10K's and a W). Lackey and K-Rod combined for (9K's, W and a SV) tonight. Now, I'm just waiting for Harang.

Funny Harang is mentioned. I offered Quentin for him and was rejected without a counter proposal. Meh..

In your situation I'd go for a reliever (especially with Putz). See if you can trade for Papelbon.

Well when Putz went down, i picked up fuentes off the FA. So Putz is on my DL.
