Trades? Your wish = my command. I intend to be very freewheeling in this league. There's something very liberating about autodraft, like someone dumped a mess of parts on your front steps and you've got to figure out how to make an engine that purrs. Kind of fun.

I love that Cain, my 3rd starter in my regular league, is my ace here. And Ollie Perez and Joba both looked damn sharp tonight. (Too bad stats don't start counting till Monday.) And Garza's on the upswing! I've always wanted to try the assemble-pitching-staff-on-the-fly strategy, but never had the nutsack to try it in my cutthroat league. (It's been forced on me a little bit this year through injuries, but that's another story.)

And unlike some of these other pantywaists, I won't mewl about my picks -- my team will DOMINATE. Seriously, half the teams should quit now. (You know who you are.) This whole thing should be wrapped up by next Thursday afternoon.

One other question: At what point can we start posting trade offers we get, in an effort to shame people into respectability. Because seriously? Some of them? Dizz-amn. Seriously.

I say post them. We don't have to be gee-erks about it, but people can comment on them. I don't see getting one over on people in this league. Trades will have to be pretty close, but needs sometimes can make a trade look a little lopsided.

Heres one.

I give up Brian Wilson for Michael Bourn. Thanks for the offer IowaCubs, but I most respectfully decline. I don't need an outfielder and I'm not that desperate for steals. Meanwhile, Mo and The Beach Boy should keep me competitive in saves.

Have to do it here since p0rk screwed the pooch.

Sorry p0rk, had to say it.

Iowa Cubs gives up Lincecum to...

Salty F.*^#in Biscuits for..........A Gonzo

Excellent trade in my opinion. Both guys get pieces they need.

That's what I love about this league, no bullshit. Gonna be really competitive guys.

In most leagues that I'm in, I get a trade offer from someone less experienced who really really wants a player on my team. I counter with something completely rediculous, and then usually meet them halfway. Salty had none of that, and pretty much did his own countering of my countering until we were both falling off the counter.

I could tell he wasn't going to budge, so I took what I could get before he changed his mind. Excellent play, Salty.

I usually take hitters over pitchers, but Linc has been a top 3 SP and Gonzo is due for a bit of a fall.

I have to side with Salty F'n Biscuits in this trade.

Team warmed up well today in extended spring training. 5 Dingers, 12 RsBI.

My well armed staff of guns are ready to fire off, I held them all out of their last spring training starts.

Somebody's YourChinMeinWang may not pitch for awhile,

Took the kids to the zoo, saw a baboons ass, heard a hippo fart....

I laughed, I'm goin back.
