I need to get a pitcher?

Was looking at Wandy Rod M, Cain, A Wainwright- Who to target first? What would be a good value for each?
D Murphy, J Shefer, I Stewart, Bonifico?

Would also like to target one of these top pitchers from this owner below is his roster: he has a good staff!

None of those guys are going to get any of those pitchers, except maybe Stewart.

Have you given me all the info I need to judge your team? The number of teams in the league is a good start for the big overall questions.
Is your league H2H? Roto?
