A lot longer than this. Holland was petty darn good in the second half last year so if will take a few more before he gets pulled that or an injury.

Nah, shitting the bed is fine, he would then have to light the bed on fire and burn the house down.

doesn't look like Al Al will get a closing opportunity in the very future, but who knows

There is always a chance Holland gets the next save opportunity and performs well but Herrera has elite closing skills...Henderson doesn't have the best track record...I just picked up Herrerra...leaving Henderson for now...Henderson will likely get a save opp. next week, but Herrera has the bigger upside..

...if I'm playing the end game, Herrera...if I need saves next week to win...Henderson...long-term, Herrera.

The Tigers' closing job is a mess...what else is there to say

The thing is, Holland has elite closing skills as well. Herrera's got him on fastball velocity and doesn't walk as many, but his stuff doesn't miss bats like Holland's.

I added Herrera where I own Holland but I expect even if Holland loses the job he'll get it back if/when he gets his command ironed out.

you are correct...Holland is probably a better pitcher than Herrera...though Herrera has the skills to take the job and run with it...Herrera is a great handcuff...Holland still has leash...I picked up both Herrera and Henderson because I pretty well had no one left to pick up...

I have Chapman and Reed...will wait out the next few days to a week and reassess on Herrera and Henderson...I just dropped Tillman for Henderson...Tillman had a rough outing last time out (granted he was coming off the DL)...I had the room for these two potential closers...

...I missed out on the likes of Soriano and Rodney last year...hopefully one of these guys turns into even 1/2 or 3/4 of 2012 Rodney...

...everyone has to make the best decision based on their team and league...I think Henderson will eventually get the closer gig, but he's not a guarantee to run with it...Herrera is not a guarantee to get the gig, nor to run with it...but between the two...he has the best chance to run with it if/when he gets it.

Herrara still available in my league but so is Rosenthal, you think if Motte news not favorable add a Rosenthal. Or just add best skill arm overall Herrara. I would be dropping Madson for one of these guys.
