Waiver Wire Closer Needed

Who to start, who to bench. Grab that WW guy? Low priced rookie or high priced stud?

Need 1 Closer from either:
Fujikawa(Chicago Cubs)
Betancourt
Putz
(Closer from LA Dodgers)....brain blanked on his name

I have Holland but he may get bumped from Closer role. He did cost me a H2H victory this week.

Putz would be the best of the bunch...go with him

I'd rank it as Putz, Betancourt, B. League (Dodgers), Fujikawa....but Putz is the cream of that crop...still has some risk but he's in the 2nd tier ranks...behind the likes of Kimbrel, Chapman
10-team mixed keeper league (15 keepers), H2H - 1 Win R/HR/RBI/SB/AVG/OPS/W/CG/SHO/SV/K/ERA/WHIP/QS
HITTERS:
Lineup (C/1B/2B/SS/3B/LF/CF/RF/UTIL/UTIL/UTIL/UTIL)
C - empty (will pick up a hot catcher when ready)
1B - E. Hosmer
2B - J. Kipnis
SS - T. Tulowitzki
3B - A. Beltre
OF - M. Trout, A. McCutchen, J. Upton
UTIL - G. Stanton, A. Rizzo, B. Harper, empty slot

PITCHERS: SP - S. Strasburg, A. Wainwright, G. Gonzalez, H. Iwakuma, S. Miller, K. Medlen, H. Ryu, M. Garza, A. Cobb, H. Bailey, R. Porcello, M. Estrada, W. Peralta, S. Gray, E. Ramirez
RP - A. Chapman, A. Reed, J. Benoit
N/A slot: M. Pineda. DL - C. Maybin, M. Moore

Even with Putz blowing it tonight? I guess crap happens. Just curious if that blown save tonight changes ur mind.

I still think Putz is the better option...remember Fujikawa has potential but he's never closed in the big leagues...in Japan yes...not here...I think he still needs to prove himself...he inherited the job from Carlos Marmol...perhaps you or I have better stuff than Marmol? ...we'd have to go H2H to see... ....I think League is underrated and he won't necessarily give up the job to Kenley Jansen (who has better stuff...remember, the closer's role doesn't always have to go to the best RP on a team).

Anyway...looks like you have a shallow enough league where closers will be available...you certainly would have a number of closers waiting for the job available...I'd still take Putz...if he blows another one I might take League actually...better team, more opportunities...better home ball park...for League, over Betancourt and Fujikawa...

...this time next week...we might be having a different conversation.
