The Lester owner in my league is looking to make a trade and is interested in my Josh Beckett and Kendrys Morales. I feel like Lester will have a bounce back year and while Gardner likely won't start for me it will be good to have a steals and runs guy on my bench for when matchups are closer. If I make the trade I was going to cut Ryu for a guy like Berkman or Mark Reynolds to man my UTIL spot when I need power stats.

Should I do it?

I like the deal for you. I am still unsure whether Lester will bounce back but this is a perfect deal to do in case he does. You aren't giving up all that much but you get two players that can give you pretty good upside.

You landed the youth and upside, in exchange for the old and injury prone.....tough to find much fault with that.
