I agree...non-keeper...you shouldn't be giving up that much for Harper...Reyes is the best player in the deal...he hits for avg...steals bases...playing in hitter-friendly park...stacked team...Choo could perform at par with Harper or better...both play on good teams.
I wouldn't be selling the farm...see if you can work out another tea....the difference between Reyes and Escobar is miles apart...there are only a few elite options at SS and Reyes is in the top tier for sure. Rafael is a throw-in.
If you will enjoy Harper on your team (with all the good and the bad) then do the deal without Rafael in the deal...Reyes and Choo give you the best chance at winning though....Harper should outperform Choo but he might not...Reyes will definitely outperform Escobar...all things remaining the same.
