Sorry for the yawnstipation, but I am in a points league with a pretty solid roster and sit in the top three in the standings all year, but usually end up in seventh place.
Can someone explain how to score and sustain points in this league.
Thanks,
Yahoo ROTO 5x5.

What's the break down of your categories?

If you want me to look at your team, post the team. Don't post a link to another site where the team is. Have you given me all the info I need to judge your team? The number of teams in the league is a good start for the big overall questions. Is your league H2H? Roto? I don't know who's on your waivers. Don't just ask me who you should pick up. Give me names to choose from. If you only have one team, post your team in your signature with the league parameters. I don't know every single matchup for next week, so if you want me to choose a player for the following week and you think the matchups are important, tell me who they're facing.

I know you said points but than you list a 5x5 Roto lineup. Two different leagues or what?
Are you streaming pitchers? I know I can always end the season as a top 3 team by streaming pitchers all year. Took over a struggling team and I have been in rebuild mode for the past two years but I have finished 2nd and 3rd each year. The team isn't that good but streaming pitcher and even streaming hitters at the weak spots can do wonders for a team. Especially later in the season when you have a better idea of what SP are good and what teams are good to start against.

I always seem to run out of innings. It is a points league becuase the team who is in first always has 70 points or so.
Not really sure what I am doing, but like my team.
