I give Prince $28, Zimmerman 25, Desmond 16, Harvey 4, and Fowler 5 or Gardner 14 and I get McCutchen 16, Goldschmidt 7, and Hamels 22. I give up a lot now and would have to find a 3B (which I probably can), but in the long run I get better keepers. If you like the deal, do I give up Fowler or Gardner, or does it matter?

I don't like it...

If you want me to look at your team, post the team. Don't post a link to another site where the team is.
Have you given me all the info I need to judge your team? The number of teams in the league is a good start for the big overall questions.
Is your league H2H? Roto?
I don't know who's on your waivers. Don't just ask me who you should pick up. Give me names to choose from.
If you only have one team, post your team in your signature with the league parameters.
I don't know every single matchup for next week, so if you want me to choose a player for the following week and you think the matchups are important, tell me who they're facing.

I don't like it either. I am not sure you really get better keepers long term. Prince and Zimmerman are at least equal to McCutchen and Goldschmidt and assumes you think Goldschmidt continues to get better. So then you are giving up 3 players for Hamels.

McCutchen is the only guy that you can say is better than the guys you are giving up. Everyone else has some questions marks. Maybe get another player in return and it could become closer.

Prince and Zimmerman are up there in price. Was also considering cap for this year and next.

And that is a good point. It by no means is a bad trade but I still prefer the other side unless you could get another player added. Of course if you like it, then don't listen to us. I have asked for opinions on trades many times and then decided to go with my guy and not with the crowd. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't.

The other owner countered. I give Bautista, Zimm, Desmond and Harvey and I get McCutchen, Goldschmidt, Hamels and Hunter Morris. I like this deal less than my original but does anyone think its better?

Here's how I look at it: Bautista for Mccutchen, Hamels for Zimm, Desmond for Goldschmidt, Morris for Harvey.

I like this one more than the first, mainly because I like Fielder more than Bautista.
