Too early to tell. I could see this being something that happens mid-season but who knows. Still lots of stuff to happen. Although I am not sure he can be suspended if he never tested positive. I don't know the labor agreement that well but I would think a guy only gets suspended if he test positive and not if he is linked to it.

Cruz's lawyers' initial responses were VERY weak and ambiguous. They took a slightly stronger stance the next day, presumably after coming up with a game plan.
If they had to come up with a game plan, he's probably guilty... I'd be worried.
