Hey Grey - I have been getting inquiries recently about Elvis Andrus and I am wondering what to do with him. I am in a 12 team, 5x5 keeper league (10 keepers). My team looks like:

K - Braun
K- Votto
K- Kinsler
K- Jennings
K- Beltre
K- A.Jones
K- Andrus
K- Weaver
K. Cliff Lee

Borderline K - Pence, Molina, Wainwright, Medlen (not really)

I was proposed Andrus for Halladay or Shields (before departure to KC). I think I would be getting pretty good value for him but my pitching is already very strong, though in my opinion Andrus is a replaceable player and I think he is generally overvalued.

My league has a minor league system where we can draft rookie eligible players and keep them free of charge. Profar is on another team and I was thinking about dangling Andrus to see if I could get Profar (who would not count against my 10 keepers) and possibly a pick or another small piece. Do you think the Profar owner would be silly to give him up?

Try him for Profar... Shields or Halladay are about equal to Andrus, but I'd hold the bat there...
