I need a QB this week, other guy needs a WR
I trade Mike Williams for Andrew Luck. Well, next week I need a WR and will no longer need Luck. Additional info, he has Aaron Rodgers and will need Luck later in the year...
Where do you guys fall on reversing the trade with the same team, ie trading Luck back to him?
I think this should be ok, owners can veto the trade if they do not like it.
Thanks guys

Scumbag move. I'd veto and then not invite you back next year.

What if there is a post made to the league about trading Luck for a wr next week and the best offer I get is Mike Williams?

Rentals were a topic in my league as well.
The basic argument against it as put by a team in my league "It promotes collusion. Find me any competitive activity - any sport at any level - that encourages collusion. It's frowned upon or punished for a reason: it ruins the game."
The counter-argument was "if it benefits both teams equally it should be considered a fair trade and therefore legal".
The problem is whether you consider the rental improperly manipulating match-ups. Presumably, you would not be able to find the equivalent quality of player on the waiver wire, so you're helping both teams to the determinant of your opponents. Possibly altering the results.
