I am trying to stay ahead of the game in my first week playoff match up in my ESPN league below. Right now I am leading, but if my opponent gets closer or takes the lead I can stream on Sunday only. These are the available guys slated to be on the bump Sunday. With the points system in this league I will need Ws more than anything else. Rank in order the best chance for Ws. Ohhhhh ok! Never seen it before! So is there a magic number I should be looking to as a "Yep, need to start him" number on the Stream-o-nator?

I try to stay above 120 for a stream. Maybe a bit lower if I feel the track record of the pitcher supercedes the number.

For example, even is Hamels is rated a 105 for a start against the Reds, Im not sitting him. He will still do just fine. Jarrod Parker 105 @TEX, sitting all the way.

Oh wow! Thats not very good news then! I don't even have a regular starter on my whole roster at 120 this week except for Kershaw, not even Gio. I will just play it by ear. Who knows, I may have a big enough lead Sunday I won't need them this week anyway. Hope thats the case!

105 is about "good"... 120 is excellent...

Well I went with my gut and started Hughes last night against Boston, despite his 87 on Stream-O-Nator. With that 33 point performance I may not need to steam Sunday after all. Thanks for showing me the SON, I will for sure be checking it the next 2 weeks.
