The school system I teach in used to have all "games" sites blocked but Razzball was always available... Weird. I could get on Razzball and read/post about fantasy baseball, but I couldn't check my teams on Yahoo! or ESPN until we changed our blocking program/system/whatever it is.
Whatever program your company is using, there is probably an option for you to request a block to be lifted. Most blocking programs these days allow for sites to be added or removed on request. The request would go to the IT department, not your boss, so requesting the site to be unblocked wouldn't be like E-Mailing your boss and asking him if he can help you procrastinate or anything.
Of course if you're supposed to be working, they may not want you to be on Razzball, but that never stopped me! Maybe in your request you could come up with a way in which Razzball could make you a more productive employee.
