Fernando Rodney

2/3 IP, 3 BB, 1 hit by pitch, 1 hit, 1 K. He allowed 1 run to tie the game and blow the save, and then walked in the game winning run. Are these save opportunities really worth it?

He's given up at least 1 ER in each of his last 4 appearances, with a sparkling 8:7 walk to K ratio. Why so angry, Peter? Did he just probably lose the week for you in a h2h league?

Farnsworth looked even worse today. This looks like it might get uglier before it gets better.

If you want me to look at your team, post the team. Don't post a link to another site where the team is.
Have you given me all the info I need to judge your team? The number of teams in the league is a good start for the big overall questions.
Is your league H2H? Roto?
I don't know who's on your waivers. Don't just ask me who you should pick up. Give me names to choose from.
If you only have one team, post your team in your signature with the league parameters.
I don't know every single matchup for next week, so if you want me to choose a player for the following week and you think the matchups are important, tell me who they're facing.

Do the Tigers have even one reliever they can rely on?

I have both Farnsworth and Zumaya, but neither of them look like they're even close to being able to save a game.
This IS my f**king outlet!

Ditto with what Grey said: it's going to get worse before it gets better. Which, as a Rodney owner who wishes 1) he'd step it up or 2) someone else would so he becomes expendable, is unfortunate. I don't think Zumaya is even cleared to pitch, right now; problems with his tricep or something.
