My team of waiver fodder is hanging onto a 3 pts lead. But the 2nd place team has the advantage in innings remaining and I need at least some of his pitchers to get hit hard.
And what do ya know. Help from an unlikely source. Even though my own player Doumit sucks as usual (wishing I had kept Olivo longer now), the rest of the Pirates did a number on the 2nd place team’s Kuroda.
It’s shaping up to another race to the finish for the 3rd straight yr for me.

I hope you get it.

The number of teams in the league is a good start for the big overall questions. Is your league H2H? Roto? I don't know who's on your waivers. Don't just ask me who you should pick up. Give me names to choose from. If you only have one team, post your team in your signature with the league parameters. I don't know every single matchup for next week, so if you want me to choose a player for the following week and you think the matchups are important, tell me who they're facing.

Oh, and too bad they weren't all earned runs.

Thanks man. Yeah I realized afterwards that it was only 3 ERs, but at least his WHIP takes a hit. The guy’s team is so close with multiple teams in many categories that it’s really his title to win or lose, even though I have the small lead now.
He’s got Beckett and Niemann going too. Here’s hoping at least one guy doesn’t have a good outing. ---
That DET weather threw me for a loop. Ended up having to start Cantu and Aubrey. 0 for 8 combined. I would have gone with two DET hitters against Blackburn instead.
At least Niemann was hit pretty hard.

Picked up white hot Andy Laroche for the doubledip… not that crazy a move, right?
But looks like it’s gonna hurt bad in smurf fashion. I need BA points too. Damn.

Yeah, seemed like a decent move. I own Baker and Fukudome in one league. Currently, 0-for-6, ugh.

Laroche better do something worthwhile in the 2nd game. This isn't turning out good. I ended up sitting Cantu to get L's two games in there. 2 for 2 with RBI and SB already, both I need badly in a close race.
Didn't see the steal comin'.
