I'm not sure why you would take 3 outfielders in a league this deep. Since you're in a league this deep, I'm going to assume you've drafted like this before and know what you're doing. I wouldn't have done that. Floyd is your top starter? Ugh. And your hitting doesn't look good outside your outfield. I'm concerned for your team.

If you want me to look at your team, post the team. Don't post a link to another site where the team is.
Have you given me all the info I need to judge your team? The number of teams in the league is a good start for the big overall questions.
Is your league H2H? Roto?
I don't know who's on your waivers. Don't just ask me who you should pick up. Give me names to choose from.
If you only have one team, post your team in your signature with the league parameters.
I don't know every single matchup for next week, so if you want me to choose a player for the following week and you think the matchups are important, tell me who they're facing.

I'm happy with my hitting. I didn't plan to fill up the outfield so early, but I like getting 3 guys who should give me 30hrs and 20 steals in the first 3 rounds. My infield is a little longer in the tooth than I like, but in a league this deep, I like to have guys who I know what I'm getting from them. While they won't put up spectacular numbers and I sacrifice some upside, I shouldn't be getting hurt anywhere. Obviously, the pitching looks dreadful, but I've thrown together decent pitching stats in this league before with not much of actual substance. I will be looking to move some hitting for a pitcher or 2 before the year is out and hopefully one or two of the guys I've thrown up against the wall stick.
