I think you've been doing a good job studying. I like your hitting, though I think Headley may not be necessary in a 12 team league. If you'd like to hold him for now, that's fine. I could see you needing some power on your team too, so if Fowler breaks out you might be able to trade Victorino for a power outfielder, like, say, Adam Dunn. Your pitching looks solid for now.

Drop Fowler for Rasmus and grab Clement.

I'd also drop Fowler for Rasmus but would rather add Barajas or Bengie instead of Clement.

Clement has yet to show he can really hit at the ML level, is impatient at the plate with a terrible OBP, and you get penalized for his tendency to KO.
