I held back on picking up Wilson Chandler, and I regret that, now (even though that wouldn't help my PG problem)

In related news, I was offered Nelson and Gallinari for Stephen Jackson and McGee. I was considering countering by taking out Nelson and putting in Tyreke Evans. I'm not sure if he'd take that, but I don't like the offer as is.

Yeah, that offer is crud, especially considering Gallinari is playing with a sore flipper.

Your team's only weakness besides ASTs is likely going to be FT%. I'm going to suggest something radical, you might want to sit down ...

... trade Blake Griffin. Unless you're in a keeper/dynasty league he's more sizzle than steak. One day he'll be all steak. This is not me claiming Griffin is not going to be a titan someday. But I think with the hype surrounding him, you can get a ton of people to overpay.

He's an 18/10 guy who can't sink free throws or block shots. He's a lesser version of David West going for healthy Boozer/Jefferson prices.

Again, this is not to say it will always be that way, but perhaps you can parlay Griffin into Jason Kidd or even Tyreke Evans if you target some other team attracted to the name and in need of a big.

Also, substitute Griffin with Cousins and try the same thing with someone like Udrih, Augustin, or a current buy-low candidate Baron Davis.

Do you think I should have any hesitation with Baron's knee, or should I strike while he's down?

Oh, I have tons of hesitation about Baron's knee, his weight, his standing on the team, etc. But when he's playing, he's a top 11-15 fantasy PG that a lot of teams are desperately trying to get rid of. I wouldn't give up much for him, but if the Davis owner in your league is desperate you can risk Davis being a bust for the chance that you get even 40 quality games out of him.
