I'm not as high on Rubio as a lot of other people. Vasquez is averaging 14 pts, 9 ast and 1 3; Rubio averaged 11/8/1 last season. Will he do that much better than Vasquez this year, and if so, how long until he does it? His numbers have been soft coming back from the surgery.
