My team has so many PF/C, so I'm trying to trade away.
What do you think of
1. Dwight+West vs Bynum+T.Parker?
2. Dwight+Griffin+West vs Aldridge+Bynum+J.Johnson?(Got the proposal by Bynum holder)
3. Dwight+Griffin+West vs Aldridge+Bynum+T.Parker?
4. Dwight vs Deron Williams?

The proposal is pretty convoluted, which makes me wonder why people even bother attending their draft if they're willing to trade away a quarter of their team one week into the season, but if you want an increase in FT%, then his trade offer seems legit.
My ranking of your suggestions:
4. Dwight vs Deron Williams?
2. Dwight+Griffin+West vs Aldridge+Bynum+J.Johnson?(Got the proposal by Bynum holder)
3. Dwight+Griffin+West vs Aldridge+Bynum+T.Parker?

If dude with Bynum/Aldridge/Parker is making a play for Howard, try to get Aldridge + Parker for Dwight + a throw in (like someone you could imagine dropping). I would also take Deron Williams for Dwight straight up in a heartbeat, dunno if that's on the table.
Full disclosure: I hate Dwight Howard. He's good for fantasy but his game sucks and he's a tool. Not from Orlando.
